Minneapolis/St. Paul Magazine's Dara Moskowitz-Grumdahl brings her extensive knowledge of the Midwest dining scene to Eating and Drinking.
This week Dara spoke to The Morning Show's Steve Seel about dining faux pas. Dara mainly discussed the trend of taking photos of your food for social media. She discussed the effect this has on the actual food (slower service and possibly not as great tasting), the reaction from chefs, and the blow back from local chefs.
