Host Jill Riley of The Current's Morning show sat down with comedian Paul F. Tompkins for an edition of Really Random Vinyl, a new video series from The Current.

Really Random Vinyl guests must totally erase any and all knowledge they have of an album pulled from Jill's personal record collection, make up a new band, then speak to the phony band's story, sound and style.

Paul F. Tompkins was in town for Wits with guests 'Weird Al' Yankovic, Paget Brewster and Rhett Miller. The next Wits event is this Friday, Nov. 14 and features comedian Hari Kondabolu and musical guests OK Go. A few tickets are still available.
