The Sporting Life with Star Tribune's Michael Rand:
November 17, 2014

Every Monday at 8:30am StarTribune sports writer Michael Rand stops into the Morning Show to share the latest news in Sports.
1) Adrian Peterson has a grievance hearing scheduled on Monday that should hopefully start to bring some clarity on if and when he will return to the vikings. Without him on Sunday, the Vikings lost 21-13 to the Bears -- a team that had given up more than 50 points in each of its last 2 games.
2) One of the only good things Minnesota had going for it in an otherwise lost sports weekend: the Wild is back to its winning ways, getting wins Saturday in Dallas and Sunday at home vs Winnipeg.
3) In a weird coincidence the Wild and Wolves played in the same building on the same day Saturday in Dallas (one in the afternoon, one at night). The wolves were not as successful. They have yet to win since Ricky Rubio sprained his ankle.
