Heavy Table food editor James Norton joins the Current's Morning Show to talk about the local food scene.


Today on The Morning Show's Eating and Drinking, James Norton chatted with Steve Seel and Jill Riley about the new eating and drinking trends to look for in 2015. James spoke about: The expansion of the Co-ops (The Seward Friendship Store and The Wedge Co-op Community Table), Distillery Tap rooms (11Wells Cocktail room), the soon-to-open Prairie Dogs Hotdogs and Handcrafted Sausages, and the opening of Urban Forage Winery and Cider House.


James Norton edits the Upper Midwestern food journal, Heavy Table. He's also the co-author of a book on Wisconsin's master cheesemakers and editor of The Secret Atlas of North Coast Food.
