Earlier this morning, Patrick Stephenson, the director of 30 Days of Biking, joined us to talk about the worldwide movement to get people riding their bicycles for 30 consecutive days — starting today, April 1.

After Patrick's visit, we spun Queen's tune, "Bicycle Race", and it got us thinking about other songs having to do with cycling or that mention bikes.

So for today's 9:30 Coffee Break, what songs about bicycles, bicycling — or that capture the spirit of bicycling — would you like to hear this morning? Send us your requests.

Songs Played

Pink Floyd - "Bike"
Flobots - "Handle Bars"
The Smiths - "This Charming Man"
The Johnson Twins - "Bicycle"
Foghat - "Slow Ride"
Kraftwerk - "Tour De France"
