As large wildfires continue to burn in the northern portions of Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba, the smoke has affected the skies and the air quality in Minnesota. Yesterday afternoon and evening, a smoky haze hung over much of Minnesota; air quality levels were among the lowest ever measured in the state, according to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency.

The smoke plumes have now moved south and east out of Minnesota, said National Weather Service meteorologist Andy Lahr, but wildfires still burning in Canada could lead to more air quality concerns this summer.

Although wildfires and air quality are serious matters, it did get us thinking about how there are a lot of great songs that mention smoke.

So for today's 9:30 Coffee Break, what songs do you want to hear that include the word "smoke" in the title or lyrics? Send us your requests.
