"I enjoy playing that song," says Motion City Soundtrack guitarist Josh Cain after performing "Everything Is Alright" live in The Current studio. The band celebrated the 10 year anniversary of Commit This to Memory, their second studio release, by playing the album front-to-back on a tour earlier this year.

And now Motion City Soundtrack are gearing up for their forthcoming sixth studio album. Justin Pierre (guitar, lead vocals), Josh Cain (guitar), Jesse Johnson (keys), Matt Taylor (bass) and Claudio Rivera (drums) recorded the album at Pachyderm Studio last summer to capture Motion City Soundtrack's live energy. Longtime fans will hear something fresh yet familiar: "It's probably a mix of I Am the Movie, My Dinosaur Life and Commit This to Memory jammed together," says Cain. More details about the album will be revealed on The Current on Monday, Aug. 3.
