Heavy Table Editor James Norton joins Jill Riley and Sean McPherson to talk about places to eat in and around Lowertown in St. Paul, a part of the city that has seen rapid growth.
"Like mushrooms after a summer rain, the food scene in Lowertown is just blowing up," James says. "It's a really exciting place to be eating right now."
