Today's Coffee Break idea comes from listener Matt, who writes: "On Tuesday and Wednesday of this week, hundreds of law grads in Minnesota and across the U.S. will suffer through the Bar Exam, myself included. I would love a legal-themed coffee break."

As Matt goes on to describe in his email, there are a lot of songs that mention the law, lawyers and the justice system (e.g. judges, jail).

Best of luck to Matt and to all recent law-school graduates who are sitting their Bar Exams this week. And for today's 9:30 Coffee Break, what songs do you want to hear that mention some aspect of the legal system? Send us your requests.

Songs Played

Was (Not Was) "Dad I'm in Jail"
Belle and Sebastian "Legal Man"
Johnny Cash "Folsom Prison Blues"
The Suburbs "Love is the Law"
The Clash "I Fight the Law"
Marvin Gaye "Can I Get a Witness"
Fiona Apple "Criminal"
Webb Pierce "In the Jailhouse Now"
