Yesterday, we put together a Coffee Break featuring pairings of songs by artists who have had a beef — a rivalry or disagreement — with one another. The theme was inspired by a public disagreement between Patrick Carney (of the Black Keys) and Jack White earlier in the week.

We asked you to send us your suggestions for songs by artists who have had beefs with one another, and you sent plenty! We almost needed to set up a walk-in cooler to store all that beef.

With so many requests coming in, we thought today we'd have a second helping of beef: What are the musical rivalries that have stood out for you?

So for today's 9:30 Coffee Break, what are more songs you want to hear by musicians who have had beefs with one another? Check out yesterday's post to see what songs we played and to see the beefs being served by other listeners.

Songs Played

Howler - "I Told You Once"
The 4onthefloor - "Junkie"

Oasis - "Roll With It"
Blur - "Parklife"

Sun Kil Moon - "Glenn Tipton"
The War on Drugs - "Under the Pressure"

Do you deserve a Coffee Break? We at The Current's Morning Show think you do, and we want to bring treats from Morningstar Coffee and Café Latté to your workplace. Let us know why you'd like a Coffee Break.
