Tonight at the Fitzgerald Theater in St. Paul, American Public Media's The Splendid Table is celebrating 20 years on public radio with a live show hosted by The Splendid Table's own Lynne Rossetto Kasper. Lynne will be joined on stage by special guests from the culinary world, as well as by musical guest Dessa.

Described as "the radio program for people who love to eat," The Splendid Table explores the entire spectrum of food and its role in our lives. The Splendid Table is heard on more than 400 public radio stations across the U.S., as well as on satellite radio and on World Radio Switzerland. The program is produced and recorded just down the hall from The Current's Morning Show studio, so we want to say congratulations on 20 years to our colleagues at The Splendid Table.

And with this big celebration for food fans happening tonight, we're reminded that there are a lot of songs that are about food or that mention food.

So for today's 9:30 Coffee Break, what food songs do you want to hear? Send us your requests.
