The City of Minneapolis Department of Community Planning and Economic Development has submitted a report on the upcoming renovation of Target Center, and it features updated renderings of how the downtown venue could look when long-planned renovations are complete. Justin Vernon of Bon Iver wrote a song for the new Mavis Staples album, notes Rolling Stone. Livin' on a High, out Feb. 19, will also feature songs written by Nick Cave, Neko Case, tUnE-yArDs, Benjamin Booker, Valerie June, Aloe Blacc, and M. Ward — who produced the album.

The estate of Michael Jackson has announced a special reissue of the singer's classic 1979 album Off the Wall. The reissue, to be released Feb. 26, will feature a Spike Lee documentary about the making of the album. The documentary will premiere at Sundance later this month, and on Showtime on Feb. 5.
