The Morning Show's Jade and Sean got a visit from The Growler's Joe Alton to talk about the upcoming Beer Dabbler Winter Carnival and the special representation from Duluth breweries.

Standing around in the outdoors drinking beer might sound crazy to some, but the brewers know how to keep you warm, Joe says.

"It's outdoors, our brewers know that - they want to please the people that come to the events so they tend to present beers that will be warming," Joe says. "Whether that's a high-alcohol imperial stout or it's an infusion with peppers to warm you from the inside, those are popular examples."

In general, Joe says to dress warm, wear layers and consider wearing a snacklace.
