Coffee Break: Circle songs for Pi Day
March 14, 2016

Happy Pi Day!
It's a day for us to recognize π: a mathematical constant, the ratio of a circle's circumference to its diameter, commonly approximated as 3.14159.
So for today's Coffee Break, let's listen to songs that reference "circles".
And in the interest of warning all of our Coffee Break devotees – this will be the only Coffee Break for the week as The Current has something else cooking up for you. But don't worry. We will return next week!
Songs played
The Width of a Circle - David Bowie
Red Rubber Ball - The Cyrkle
You Spin Me Round (Like a Record) - Dead or Alive
Will It Go Round in Circles - Billy Preston
Circles - Soul Coughing
Do you deserve a Coffee Break? We at The Current's Morning Show think you do, and we want to bring coffee and treats from Peace Coffee and Glam Doll Donuts to your workplace. Let us know why you'd like a Coffee Break - or request your own idea for a future topic.
