Coffee Break: Babies
August 03, 2016

Last night at a rally in Virginia Donald Trump noticed a crying baby in the crowd and said "Don't worry about that baby. I love babies...I hear that baby crying, I like it. What a baby. What a beautiful baby...It's young and beautiful and healthy and that's what we want."
As the baby continued to cry, he said, "Actually, I was only kidding, you can get the baby out of here...Don't worry. I think she really believed me that I love having a baby crying while I'm speaking. That's OK. People don't understand. That's OK."
Depending on how you feel about the man, you might think kicking a baby out of a rally is harsh. Or you may think it's justified. Or you might just find the whole thing hilarious. Either way, it happened, and people are talking about it.
So for today's Coffee Break, what songs do you want to hear that mention babies, "baby" or "babe"?
We did baby songs for Jill in November, so avoid these choices if you can:
The Supremes "Baby Love"
The Ronettes "Be My Baby"
Talking Heads "Stay Up Late"
Cloud Cult "You Were Born"
Caroline Smith and the Good Night Sleeps "Cry Baby Cry"
Salt-N-Pepa "Push It"
The White Stripes "Baby Brother"
Songs played
Talking Heads - Stay Up Late
Bread - Baby I'm-A Want You
Sir Mix-A-Lot - Baby Got Back
Buddy Holly - (You're So Square) Baby, I Don't Care
