Gorillaz have released a ten-part video story called "The Book of Noodle" that has Noodle — one of the band's fictional members — tracking down an evil shapeshifter. The story seems to be a teaser for the forthcoming Gorillaz album, though we're still waiting on details regarding that. (Rolling Stone)

Rush doc headed to theaters (briefly)
A new documentary about Rush is headed to theaters for a very brief run: one night only. On Nov. 3, 460 theaters will screen Rush: Time Stands Still, a film about the band's 40th anniversary. It will be accompanied by an exclusive 20-minute short film, Rush: A Salute to Kings. (Rolling Stone)
Synth shopping with Radiohead
A lucky Radiohead fan got to live the dream this past weekend: he went shopping for modular synths at one of his favorite Austin electronics stores, and surprise! There were Thom Yorke and Jonny Greenwood, there for the same reason. "I was determined not to make this a fan moment," wrote the fan on Reddit, "because I knew the most valuable thing I could give him was a normal moment in a synth shop."
