Coffee Break: Pictures and photographs
November 16, 2016

Thanks to Current Blogger Jay Gabler for joining us today to talk about "Heyday: 35 Years of Music in Minneapolis", a new book celebrating the photography of Daniel Corrigan.
Jay says: "Corrigan has just about seen it all through the lens of his camera since he began photographing the Minneapolis music scene in the late 1970s. He's produced some of the scene's most iconic images -- including album covers for Husker Du, the Jayhawks, and the Replacements."
For today's 9:30 Coffee Break, what songs do you want to hear that mention pictures or photographs in the lyrics?
If you'd like to pick up your own copy of the book and see Andrea Swensson moderate a discussion with Corrigan, head on over to the Mill City Museum 6 p.m. tonight. The event is free.
