The nominees for induction into the 2017 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame are out, and our own program director Jim McGuinn is one of more than 800 artists, historians and members of the music industry that will be voting. The stipulations for this year's nominees were that the musicians had to release their first recording no later than 1991.
