The Minnesota State Fair started up yesterday and if you weren't there, you probably saw your social media feeds flood with pictures of delicious fried food on a stick, frosty beverages, the great big wheel, and adorable fuzzy newborn animals.

If you're like us, you're experiencing some serious FOMO. But we'll be there broadcasting live both Saturdays 3-7 pm and tomorrow we'll enjoy a performance from The Pines, visits from Monty's Traveling Reptile Show and a young member of the FFA, trivia with Sean McPherson, and if you're a food person, our samples arrive just after 5 pm.

Because producer Anna has a sense of humor, tomorrow Jill and Brian will be taking down: the bacon fluffernutter, bowl o' dough, cheesy nacho corn on the cob, cherry bombs, maple cream nitro cold press coffee, solar honey swirl ice cream, johnny pops, wild rice cranberry meatballs, coconut macaroons, candied bacon donut sliders, sweet corn blueberry eclairs, and chili maple bacon donuts. There will be many samples to share!
