Rosh Hashanah - the Jewish New Year - began on sunset last night and continues through nightfall tomorrow night.

It is the first of the Jewish High Holy Days which usually occur in the early autumn of the Northern Hemisphere, and is traditionally observed by sounding the shofar (a hollowed-out ram's horn), attending synagogue services, and eating symbolic foods like apples dipped in honey, hoping to bring on a "sweet new year".

So for today's 9:30 Coffee Break, what Jewish musicians do you want to hear?
