Today marks 15 years since the plane crash that killed Senator Paul Wellstone, his wife Sheila, his daughter Marcia, and three members of his campaign staff - Tom Lapic, Mary McEvoy, and Will McLaughlin.

Wellstone believed in grassroots activism, civil disobedience and the power of the common people to achieve something greater than themselves.
