This morning we played A Flock Of Seagulls "Wishing (If I Had A Photograph Of You)" for Vinyl Tap, and that made us think of all of the great bands that are from Merseyside.

Haven't heard of Merseyside before? Well it's a metropolitan county in North West England comprised of five metropolitan boroughs: Knowsley, St. Helens, Sefton, Wirral, and the city of Liverpool. The county takes its name from the River Mersey and is a mix of high density urban areas, suburbs, semi-rural and rural locations.

So for today's 9:30 Coffee Break, what bands do you want to hear that hail from Merseyside?
