Coffee Break: A beautiful day in the neighborhood

"Mister Rogers' Neighborhood", the educational children's TV show, debuted 50 years ago this week.
Fred McFeely Rogers, who passed away in 2003 at the age of 74, was initially on track to become a minister, but was unsatisfied with the way television addressed children at the time and changed the face of children's TV forever when his show debuted in 1968 ("Sesame Street" would premier in 1969).
"Mister Rogers' Neighborhood" ran through 2001 (with a hiatus in the 70s), giving us 31 seasons and 895 episodes of kids TV magic.
So for today's 9:30 Coffee Break, what songs do you want to hear that mention friends and neighbors?
