Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler, known for his iconic high screams and raspy voice, turns 70 today.

Across several decades of singing songs like "Dream On" and "Walk This Way", it appears that Tyler only got throat surgery once after getting into a shouting match after a 2006 performance in Florida.
