Thanks to Jo for writing in with today's Coffee Break theme idea. Jo says, "IHOP is now IHOb. Change is hard, but we will get through this together."

What Jo is talking about is the International House of Pancakes which recently re-branded and changed its name to IHOb - which stands for International House of Burgers - after 60 years as IHOP.
