Coffee Break: Self-care
by Anna Reed
July 24, 2018

Today is International Self-Care Day, designated by the International Self-Care Foundation, to raise the profile of healthy lifestyle self-care programs around the world.
The International Self-Care Foundation has designated 7 categories of self-care habits: health literacy, self-awareness of physical and mental condition, physical activity, healthy eating, risk avoidance or mitigation (quitting tobacco, limiting alcohol use, getting vaccinated, practicing safe sex, using sunscreens), good hygiene (washing hands regularly, brushing teeth, washing food), and rational and responsible use of products, services, diagnostics and medicines.
So for today's 9:30 Coffee Break, what songs do you want to hear that mention self-care habits?
