Reykjavikurdaetur is Icelandic for "Reykjavik daughters" or "daughters of Reykjavik", which is fitting considering that this hip-hop/rap group is entirely made up of women. Their first studio album RVK DTR was released in 2016, with songs on topics ranging from women's rights to overcoming a broken heart.
