The Chart Show: 60 and Punk Rocks the Vote

Brandi Carlile holds onto the #1 spot on the chart this week with "The Mother," a song that is destined to reach the Chart Show Hall of fame next week. Death Cab For Cutie enters the HOF this week with the closer to their new album, "Thank You For Today." Their song "60 and Punk" hasn't been an official single off the new album but is clearly a fan favorite ending it's run on the chart at #6. We lost Weezer after 3 weeks on the chart and see the re-entry of Bob Mould, and a strong debut by The War and Treaty following their session at The Current. "Are You Ready To Love Me" scored the #14 spot for the first week on the chart. Greta Van Fleet yo-yo'ed to #10, and locals take a run at the top of the with Hippo Campus' "Think It Over" at #2 and Chastity Brown at #3. First Aid Kit are poised to enter the Chart Show Hall of Fame next week if they don't continue to slide down the chart, and Muse hold onto #20 with their single, "Pressure."
