She's back at Number One and poised to be inducted to our Chart Hall of Fame...again! And Brandi Carlile also loves Maren Morris, emails regularly with Elton John and considers President Obama a fan and a friend, according to a new profile in Rolling Stone.

Billboard have Hozier listed as Number One this week as he bounces up 12 places to six. He's just added a huge slew of dates to his US tour including June 2nd at The State Theater.

Bouncing back in at #9 after just a weeks hiatus is the newly married Chance The Rapper. Longtime girlfriend Kirsten Cosley and he had a baby last year and tied the knot on the California coast.

Spending one week at the top and being inducted for the first time to our Chart Hall of Fame, this is Alice Merton's biggest hit so far, and she'll play her biggest show ever at Coachella next month.

"What did we ever do to deserve Bob Mould?" asks a Bay Area reviewer after his show there this weekend. He's also back at sixteen after dropping off the chart last week and will be at The Palace Theater March 30th.

Austin, TX is experiencing it's busiest week of the year with the film and music festivals at South By South West. We'll be at Barracuda on Friday presenting a day party starting at 11am which you can stream. Down to #14 Andrew Bird will be one of the 11 performers, along with locals like Bad Bad Hats and Heart Bones.

Originally from Golden in East Texas, Kacey Musgraves was treated to a home town welcome at the weekend as she played two sold out shows at the legendary Stubb's, in Austin. New at #19 with "Rainbow", she told the story of visiting her first gay bar and having her only real job in the city.

The basement space is occupied by Billie Eilish this week, 'Bury A Friend' is perhaps the weirdest and darkest single from the 17 year old phenom, who apparently inspired Rosalia so much at a show in Barcelona that they're now working together.

Submit your Chart Show ballot this week for a chance to win The Current's Jenny Lewis giveaway at the Palace Theatre on March 29, 2019!
