Request form: What songs support your mental well-being?

Call to Mind is an MPR content initiative around issues of mental health.
May is Mental Health Month, brought to you by Call to Mind. Tune in to The Current to hear mental health related content throughout the month. (MPR)

Mental wellbeing is for everyone. All of us experience various levels of mental wellbeing at different points in our life. Half of us will personally experience at least one mental health condition in our lifetime. And yet misconception and discrimination still exist, causing people to feel shame, suffer in silence, and either not seek or be able to access treatment.

The Current is partnering with MPR's Call to Mind initiative to help foster new conversations about mental health. In addition to featuring stories and hosting events, we're also asking you to share any songs that have helped you through mental health conditions, or songs that have supported your mental well-being for a special Radio Free Current on Saturday, May 18, 2019.
