This week's schedule
Twenty-one-year-old Grammy Award-winning R&B singer/songwriter H.E.R. will be one of the few new musical showings on TV this week, performing Monday on Austin City Limits. Tuesday will have an interview by Anthony Mason of British band Bastille on CBS This Morning (Tuesday). On Wednesday, a performance by New York City rock band Parquet Courts from last year will be on the screen again on Last Call with Carson Daly, followed by a replay of a performance by Vampire Weekend — who made it to the top of The Current's Chart Show twice in one month for their latest album This Life — on Friday for The Tonight Show Staring Jimmy Fallon.
Other notable new showings this week include a performance by Megan Thee Stallion (Monday), Jaden Smith (Wednesday), and Taylor Bennett (Thursday) all on Jimmy Kimmel Live!. SOAK will be on again on Late Night with Seth Meyers and Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real will be on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert respectively on Tuesday and Wednesday as well, and American rock band Badflower will play on Last Call with Carson Daly on Thursday.
American rapper and singer/songwriter Travis Scott will be the musical guest accompanying "Crazy Rich Asians" actress Aquafina on Saturday Night Live when last year's episode from Oct 6 re-airs on the weekend.
