Coffee Break: Flight
by Anna Weggel
December 17, 2019

Today, December 17, is Wright Brothers Day - which honors the first successful flights in a heavier-than-air, mechanically propelled airplane made by Orville and Wilbur Wright in 1903, near Kitty Hawk, North Carolina.
So for today's 9:30 Coffee Break, what songs do you want to hear that mention flight, airplanes, jets, pilots, wings, the sky, etc.?
Here are the songs we played last year for this theme - see if you can think of new ideas:
Goldfrapp - Fly Me Away
Husker Du - Flexible Flyer
Nancy Wilson - Fly Me To The Moon
Sloan - Flying High Again
Paul McCartney - Jet
Neutral Milk Hotel - In the Aeroplane Over the Sea
Pink Floyd - Goodbye Blue Sky
Tegan and Sara - Hop A Plane
Mr. Mister - Broken Wings
