Minneapolis-based brothers Page Burkum and Jack Torrey form the nucleus of the Cactus Blossoms. On the snowy evening of Thursday, Dec. 12, Burkum and Torrey, along with bandmate Jacob Hanson, gathered inside St. Paul's Virginia Street Church to serenade a small audience with songs from their 2019 album, Easy Way, as well as some back-catalogue favorites like "Mississippi."

Amidst festive holiday lights, the Cactus Blossoms' Microshow embodied the spirit of hygge — the concept of cozy gatherings in winter. The audience consisted of lucky winners who had entered for a chance to attend this intimate performance.
