Gov. Tim Walz's "stay at home" order has expired and his "stay safe" order takes effect, allowing retailers to reopen with limited capacity, and group gatherings of 10 or fewer people will be permitted once again.

But let's use our imagination this morning. Since things aren't going back to normal just yet - let's take a trip to "normal town" in our minds.
