As curfews in Minneapolis and St. Paul stretch into another night (10 p.m. to 4 a.m.) we wanted to put the spotlight on neighborhoods today as some people might be spending more time with their neighbors in a nightly neighborhood watch, exchanging phone numbers, sharing supplies, cleaning up together, or maybe even meeting their neighbors for the first time.
