Coffee Break: Hair

Virginia has a new law banning hair-based discrimination, saying employers and schools can't discriminate against workers or students for having braids, locks, and twists.
And this discrimination is something that sadly happens around the country. One example includes two Black students who were suspended earlier this year from a Texas high school and were told that they couldn't come back unless they cut their dreadlocks, and one was told he could not walk at graduation because of his hair.
California, New York, and New Jersey have passed similar laws banning hair-based discrimination and 13 other states are looking into it, too.
For today's 9:30 Coffee Break we want to put the spotlight on hair. What songs do you want to hear that mention hair or hairstyles?
