The Chart Show: Single from 'Sugaregg' in the Sweet Spot
August 27, 2020

Bully's "Where To Start" rises to No. 1 this week following the release of the new album, Sugaregg. There were some big moves up the chart from Fiona Apple and Christine and the Queens, but it was Michael Stipe and Big Red Machine who take the award for greatest gainer, jumping from No. 15 to No. 5 with "No Time For Love Like Now." Run The Jewels and Beyoncé both slide down a notch but aren't moving from the top 5 any time soon.
Next week will be the first time no tracks are bound for the Chart Show Hall of Fame after Brittany Howard reaches 10 weeks on The Chart with her Funkadelic cover, "You And Your Folks Me And My Folks." Kathleen Edwards also reached HOF status with the first single from the critically acclaimed new album that arrived after an eight-year hiatus. The Beths are the only new entry with the second single from their stellar sophomore release, Jump Rope Gazers. Don't forget to vote for your favorite songs of the week and browse the updated list of new songs you're hearing on The Current.
