Today, we're paying tribute to the life and legacy of Lou Ottens. The Dutch engineer, who invented the cassette tape, has died at age 94. Ottens wanted music fans to be able to easily bring their favorite songs along with them wherever they go, and generations of cassette listeners carried tunes in their pockets thanks to Ottens's invention.

One good use cassettes have been put to: making mixtapes, curated collections of tracks that fit a theme or just sound awesome together. So for today's 9:30 Coffee Break, what songs do you want to hear that you'd put on a mixtape?
