Back to school is happening, but with a lot fewer buses due to a bus driver shortage in the Twin Cities. Some school districts are offering to pay parents to drive their kids to school and in St. Paul they are giving Metro Transit cards to older kids. This bus driver shortage is particularly top of mind today with it being a back-to-school week for many.
