Welcome to Saturday, friends. It’s time for Radio Free Current and we’re thinking about bucket list bands. The Rolling Stones are coming through town Sunday night. I know a fair amount of friends who have auctioned off parts of their home and risked their child’s college education to make sure they snagged tickets to see one of the world’s greatest rock bands.

That got me thinking: Who is on your bucket list? Which artists do you want to be sure to catch the minute you see they are coming through town? Which artists would you drive all the way to Chicago to see if that was the closest they were coming? 

Maybe you’ve already caught a bunch of your bucket list bands. I’m lucky to have seen so many of my biggest heroes live: Pearl Jam, Wu-Tang (twice!), Erykah Badu, Ahmad Jamal, Elvin Jones, B.B.
