The Chart Show: High tide for Beach House
February 03, 2022

It’s just a few weeks until the latest album from dreamy band Beach House is released and they’re already at the top spot on The Current’s Chart Show. Local band Durry moves down to the second spot, and Nashville band COIN rounds out the top 3 with their song “Chapstick.”
A handful of new acts join the chart this week: Radiohead offshoot The Smile, Arooj Aftab, Father John Misty, Brandi Carlile, and Minnesota artists Low and Cloud Cult. This week we also welcome IDLES into the Chart Show Hall of Fame with their song “The Beachland Ballroom” staying on the chart for 10 weeks.
Vote for your favorite new songs of the week and be entered for a chance to win a pair of tickets to see The War on Drugs at Palace Theatre on February 16th.
