The Current celebrates Public Radio Music Day

Wednesday, Oct. 26, marks the third annual Public Radio Music Day, a celebration uniting public radio music stations, artists, and fans to highlight the contributions of public radio to our local and national music community.
This year, stations all over the country are shining a spotlight on a return to producing live, local performances. Listen all day for incredible in-studio performances from artists that have joined us in the studio throughout the years as well as live concerts from Angel Olson, Wet Leg, Brandi Carlile, Mumford & Sons, and more! Listen all day Wednesday — Public Radio Music Day — as we celebrate live and local music together.

9:30 a.m. Coffee Break – Favorite in-studio performances (songs)
10:30 a.m. – Lucius Micro Show at the MN Capitol Rotunda
12 p.m. – Angel Olson at Surly
2 p.m. – Wet Leg at First Avenue
4:30 p.m. – Hippo Campus in-studio from May
7 p.m. – Brandi Carlile at State Theater
9 p.m. – Mumford and Sons at First Avenue
