How’s the shopping list? Got your gifts purchased? Researchers at Harvard Business School have conducted studies that show giving gifts can make you feel good. “The act of giving actually does improve your happiness,” says researcher Michael Norton, a psychologist at Harvard Business School.

That said, the holiday shopping season can leave us feeling a bit frazzled. MPR News recently shared six tips to help avoid some of the shopping-related stressors of the holiday season. Here at The Current, we’d add a seventh item: a great soundtrack!
