The Chart Show: "Messy" fits neatly into Chart Show Hall of Fame
February 20, 2025

Congrats to Lola Young for hitting 10 weeks on The Current Chart Show with "Messy" climbing to No. 2 and entering the Chart Show Hall of Fame. MJ Lenderman’s “Wristwatch” and Mk.gee’s “ROCKMAN” both fell off the table after five weeks on the show, while Japanese Breakfast rose from No. 20 to No. 11 in just one week with "Orlando in Love,” and Jack White claims the top spot with “Archbishop Harold Holmes.”
New songs from The Black Keys, Bob Mould, and Waxahatchee all make debuts after just one week on the votables list, while Ezra Collective hang on for another week with their song “God Gave Me Feet For Dancing,” just shy of Hall of Fame status.
Visit the Chart Show ballot to vote for your favorite new songs on The Current for next week’s show. When you vote, you’ll be entered for a chance to win one (1) pair of tickets to The Linda Lindas’ SOLD-OUT show at the Fine Line in Minneapolis on Saturday, April 12.
Heads up, Chart Show Voters — to vote on your top tracks of the week on The Current website, you’ll need to create a free account.
Be sure to listen to the Chart Show every Thursday at noon!
