The Chart Show: The Black Keys add "The Night Before" to their historic Hall of Fame collection
May 01, 2025

The first chart of May launches three songs into the Chart Show Hall of Fame. Waxahatchee's non-album single, "Mud," hits 10 weeks and reaches Hall of Fame status. The Black Keys and Bob Mould also hit 10 weeks, holding onto the bottom of the chart as they are passed up by new entries from Billy Strings and Wet Leg. The Black Keys have the most songs in the Chart Show Hall of Fame with 16.
The infectious sample of Gotye's "Somebody That I Used To Know" lands Doechii a chart debut. Wet Leg solidify their place as one of the most important U.K. alt acts of the decade with "Catch These Fists" landing at No. 12. We welcome Craig Finn to the chart ahead of his appearances in the Twin Cities this coming weekend with The Hold Steady.
