May 08, 2025

After eight weeks on the chart, Freak Slug (aka Xenya Genovese) breaks into the top five, landing at No. 3 with "Spells." Brandi Carlile and Elton John end a 10-week run and enter the Chart Show Hall of Fame together with “Who Believes in Angels?” along with Lucius (“Gold Rush”) and Valerie June (“Joy, Joy!”). Bon Iver, meanwhile, holds onto the No. 1 spot for the fourth week in a row with “Everything Is Peaceful Love.”
Further down the table, Beach Bunny return with “Tunnel Vision” after a one-week break, and Minnesota based band, Durry, debut at No. 16 with their new single, “This Movie Sucks.”
