Texas psychedelic rock group Khruangbin put on a funk-filled performance for their devoted fan club, The Krhu, at First Avenue in Minneapolis on Friday, Nov. 14. The show was part of a recently announced tour of intimate venues in support of The Universe Smiles Upon You II, released in honor of their debut album’s 10th anniversary.

Guitarist Mark Speer, bassist Laura Lee Ochoa, and drummer Donald "DJ" Johnson, were joined by touring guitarist Will Van Horn. Minneapolis ambient group the Nunnery performed an opening set.
