First Avenue’s Best New Bands of 2025 show at the downtown Minneapolis venue brought together an eclectic mix of styles and sounds. The showcase was held on Saturday, Jan. 17, in First Avenue’s mainroom. The night’s performers were Chutes, GR3G, LASALLE, Maygen & The Birdwatcher, Mother Soki, Sallyforth, and Sophie Hiroko.
