Minneapolis hip-hop legends Atmosphere led a packed bill in Minneapolis on Sunday, Feb. 1. To run with the Winter Carnival theme, Slug and Ant’s stage was adorned with snowmen, and a colorful video screen — which displayed an extra-colorful message for ICE. The night also featured performances by Sage Francis, R.A. The Rugged Man, Kool Keith, and Mr. Dibbs.
