For the third week in a row, The Boss remains in the top spot with his ode to Minneapolis. The Beths, Jeff Tweedy, and Father John Misty continue to climb The Chart, and Mitski debuts with "Where's My Phone?" from her brand new album, Nothing's About to Happen to Me.
